DELIVERY:
Free delivery to all our lovely UK customers!
As all the pieces within our collection are hand crafted some items will have a longer dispatch time than others, but on average we aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 working days. Individual product delivery times are highlighted in their product description. If you need an item by a certain date please call Timea on 07793233207. Items will normally be dispatched using 1st Class Royal Mail, this is not a tracked service,so if you would like to pay for a tracked service please do call us. We will send you an e-mail to let you know that your order has been dispatched.
International delivery:
For all our international deliveries we use Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service, it aims to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5-7 working days. Please note that a signature will be required on delivery.
RETURNS:
We do hope that you are happy with your order, however if you are not satisfied for any reason please return it to us in its original condition and we will refund the full price of your order (excluding delivery cost), providing this is done within 14 days of receiving your order. When returning an item, please package the piece exactly as it was shipped to you so that it is safe for its return journey and send your order by registered first class post, as Timea Sido Contemporary Ceramics cannot be held responsible for anything that gets lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Delivery charges and return postage will only be refunded if the item was faulty.
